Collection of Personal Information
In order to access to the Site, you must first sign up for a SafeHeart User Account and create a login ID (an email address) and account password (collectively, the "Registration Information"). The Site will automatically create an account under your email address and password.
If you use the SafeHeart Services, you may enter data into the account on the Site, in order to set, track and manage your progress. This data, your "Personal Data", includes your birthdate, your height and weight, your gender, and specific details of the data your SafeHeart devices record and the data you enter into the Site.
We also collect standard information about our users such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited on our site, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of the visits. This site visitation data is used to administer the site and provide general statistics regarding the use of
www.safeheartus.com. Site visitation data is never linked to your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you individually.
Information That We Collect from You About Others
If you decide to invite a third party to use the Services, we will collect such third party’s name and e-mail address so that we may send such third party an invitation to use the Services and other information about the Services. If you decide to use our Services with social networking platforms, we may collect information about your interactions with people with whom you associate through those platforms.
SafeHeart uses the services of a third-party provider to verify credit card accounts. As part of the services provided to SafeHeart, financial information collected by third-party provider is used to check the purchaser's qualifications and bill the purchaser for products and services ordered from SafeHeart. Certain products available on this Site are supplied by third parties. In order to fill your order SafeHeart may share your contact information from the order form allowing third parties to ship products to you directly, provide you with product information and fulfill your order. SafeHeart does not share your profile with other third parties.
Further, we do not share personally identifiable information with other third parties.
To help us improve our products and serve our customers better, we anonymously track how our apps are used, on what devices, and other aspects of customer use. The app analytics data does not include information about the user or any way of associating the data with a particular individual.
You should also be aware that any of your information on your mobile device which is backed up on iCloud or a similar “cloud” storage system may be collected by the provider of that system. This collection of information and the use of any such information by the provider is outside of the control and responsibility of SafeHeart.
When you need some help from our customer services, you may need to provide your contact information such as your name, email address, telephone or mobile number, postal address and order details. Your contact information will not be distributed to any third parties.
Sharing Information With Others
The SafeHeart website and the SafeHeart Services enable you to share your personal information and data with others that you select. You should be aware that such information can be read, collected or used by others and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for what any user or the third party may do with the information you choose to submit in these areas.
The SafeHeart Services also enable you to invite a friend to join us. If you provide a user's nickname to us for this reason, we will use that nickname only for the purpose of sending an invitation to your friend.

Use of Information
We will use the information you provide us for a number of purposes including the following:

SafeHeart may share your personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, order fulfillment, product delivery, customer data management, customer research and the like. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever SafeHeart does business.

Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
We may also disclose to third parties, including advertisers and potential business partners, aggregated statistics that we develop from Personal Data. For example, we may generalize information about diet and exercise habits based on aggregated statistics developed from Personal Data. This statistical information will not identify any individual.

When you register for the Service, SafeHeart requires a password from you for your privacy and security. This password is stored in an encrypted fashion on our systems.

Protection of Children's Privacy
We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. Our websites are general audience websites not geared towards children. In order to protect the privacy of children, SafeHeart does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent. Your Right to Delete Your Data
If you would like to cancel your SafeHeart account, you may do so by emailing our support. When you request cancellation of your account, your personally identifiable information will be deleted, including but not limited your email address, name, photo(s), friends list and links to social and partner sites. Archival copies of your account information that exist within our back-up system will be deleted in accordance with our normal back-up expiration schedule. Following cancellation or termination of your account, SafeHeart may continue to utilize de-identified and anonymized historical data associated with your use of the SafeHeart Products.
Email Communications From Us
We may provide our registered customers with weekly summaries of their account data and email alerts. We also allow users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting SafeHeart or third-party goods or services. SafeHeart subscribers have the ability to opt-out of receiving our weekly summaries and promotional emails and to terminate their newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions provided in such emails.
Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts. We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not want to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at @safeheartus.com to opt-out.
